Nguyễn Đình Thuận
Nguyễn Đình Thuận was the Secretary of State under President Ngo Dinh Diem of South Vietnam. He caused a wave of hysteria in the United States with his 1978 announcement that "winning the war will be easy as pie" for the Viet Cong, referring to the Vietnam War.
